1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

Please be aware that any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. You can also track your order directly on our website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping is only available to valid residential and business addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

8. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing the checkout process.
